Refund policy

The seller represents that the equipment is free of any liens,
encumbrances, and/or UCCs, guarantees transfer of good title to
equipment to the buyer, and agrees to grant the buyer pre-owned
equipment a 48-hour (2-business day) inspection period from receipt of
equipment, unless otherwise specified.  Repairs, replacements or
refunds resulting from misrepresenting the equipment will be the

sole decision of Media Concepts, Inc. No approved refunds will be

disbursed until the equipment is returned to and received
by the seller. Buyer is responsible for non-refundable shipping
charges.  The seller is responsible for shipping charges if the equipment
is returned.  Buyer is responsible for the suitability and fitness of
the equipment's intended use. All purchases are paid in advance unless
otherwise specified.
