Terms of service

The listing is FREE.  When we list a product we make sure to check it
against the current new market price and take into account your
equipment's age, condition, other accompanying items, and, of course,
what you want to net out of the sale.  We use the pictures you send to
us and list them on our website and some items are highlighted in our
weekly E-last. The price we publish on our website, quotes and/or
features in our E-Blast specials will be a reasonable markup above
your net asking price.  Here are our terms:


The seller represents that the equipment is free of any liens,
encumbrances, and/or UCCs, guarantees transfer of good title to
equipment to the buyer, and agrees to grant the buyer of pre-owned
equipment a 48-hour (2-business day) inspection period from receipt of
equipment, unless otherwise specified.  Repairs, replacements, or
refunds resulting from misrepresenting the equipment will be the

sole decision of Media Concepts, Inc. No approved refunds will be

disbursed until the equipment is returned to and received
by the seller. Buyer is responsible for non-refundable shipping
charges.  The seller is responsible for shipping charges if the equipment
is returned.  Buyer is responsible for the suitability and fitness of
the equipment's intended use. All purchases are paid in advance unless
otherwise specified.
